The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence in everything we do.

Raju Hulawale

Raju Hulawale takes pride in his role as a Board Director for HRH Groups. With over 32 years of experience in TDR generation, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Raju's primary focus is assisting individuals in navigating government processes and providing valuable support for various government-related works. His contributions have been instrumental in the development of TDR plots, where his sharp mind and strategic thinking ensure successful outcomes. However, Raju's drive extends beyond professional achievements. He is motivated by the opportunity to positively impact people's lives and prioritizes being a good human being. Compassion, integrity, and empathy guide his interactions with others. Together with Hrutik Hulawale and the entire HRH Groups team, Raju is dedicated to delivering exceptional services and creating meaningful solutions for clients. Bhavna Ahuja

Bhavna Ahuja is an experienced finance and operations professional with over 18 years of experience in finance and Human Resource Management. Over the past 9 years Bhavna has been working with the Novus leadership team to define goals and strategic plans to achieve financial targets. She has over 18 years of experience managing multiple departments with the ability to build and motivate teams, develop processes and cultivate a culture of trust and transparency.
Bhavna has been recognized for out-of-the-box problem solving and strategic skills aimed at improving bottom line performance of the company. Her experience spans managing and overseeing all aspects of Accounting, Finance, Administration and Operations.
Bhavna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.
Sushrut Shotri
Board Advisor
Sushrut founded Novus Global Solutions with a vision to use local resources at a TCO lower than Offshore aimed at resolving customer problems faster than any other consulting model. He has driven this new and innovative consulting model ground up creating a firm that boasts a delivery model in nine countries with a triple digit growth rate every year.
Sushrut has also designed Novus as a paperless and Plastic-less firm. The firm is proud of its environmental sustainability efforts worldwide.
Prior to Novus, Sushrut has successfully launched and managed several organizations for Deloitte and SAP. He has worked with diverse cultures covering multiple countries across 4 continents and serves as an expert on ERP in the Cloud, SAP products and Business Intelligence and Data Mining. He also serves as a Mentor to startup organizations as well as revival of failed companies.
Sushrut holds a B.E in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Organization Management.
